Reflect on your own family and cultural context while you were a child of 4-12 years in
relation to your understanding of the following theories:
1. Vygotsky’s Sociocultural Theory
2. Erikson’s Psychosocial Stages
3. Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Theories
Consider your development and relationships in reflecting on the changes you experienced
biologically, psychologically, and socially. Diagrams and tables may be included.
This should not be a detailed discussion of the theories, it is instead an explanation of your
