2. Create a hazard checklist AND Using TABLE 2 (RISK CRITERIA) Complete TABLE 1 (HAZARD INVENTORY & RISK EVALUATION) for each potential hazard identified.
3. Feel free to interview people working during your reconnaissance area to ask them about potential hazards that may occur in that area, may also take photos (examples: Facility Maintenance, Cafeteria, Laboratory Technicians, Professors etc….). Note: you may also need to seek consent for area being inspected. Identify photos/which hazard does the phot represent.
4. Compile all this information assessing and discussing the hazards and their health effects/risks, including detailed recommendations for hazard prevention and controls, applying applicable legislation and research. A group presentation is then conducted highlighting the major findings, ratings, prioritizing hazard and recommendations.
5. Now that you’ve completed an informal inspection of the site/area you are to create a Formal Inspection Form that can be used for inspecting the area in the future – see attached sample inspection form for reference
6. On your assignment provide link and address of company that you assessed.
