In this week’s reflection journal, I would like to focus on the topic of leadership and its relationship with economic models in the context of my professional practice. Throughout my capstone and practicum experience, I have come to recognize the significance of effective leadership in achieving optimal outcomes, particularly in relation to economic models.

One of the key insights I have gained is that leadership plays a critical role in navigating and leveraging economic models to drive success. A skilled leader understands the intricacies of different economic models and how they can impact the organization’s performance.
