CM is a 43-year-old female who comes in with concerns about two painless right-breast lumps she discovered four months ago. She missed an appointment with her primary-care provider at the time and now presents with reportedly no change in these findings since then. There has been no discharge, bleeding, overlying skin changes, lymphadenopathy, or fevers, and she denies any recent or previous breast trauma. She did, however, have a three-year-old stereostatic breast biopsy that revealed atypical lobular hyperplasia, and there is a known family history of breast cancer (mother, diagnosis at age 48). The current review is significant for a 10-pound weight loss as a result of decreased appetite over the last two months. Amenorrheic for three years; no current or previous hormonal replacement therapy

She did have a three-year-old stereostatic breast biopsy, which revealed atypical lobular hyperplasia, and there is a known family history of breast cancer (mother, diagnosis at age 48). The current review is significant because of a 10-pound weight loss as a result of reduced appetite over the last two months. Three years of amenorrhea; no current or previous hormonal replacement therapy
