How I Met the Outcome This Term

I met this outcome by completing the following activities:

Reading and discussing the assigned readings.
Participating in the weekly discussion forums.
Completing the assigned quizzes and exams.
Completing the evidence-based practice project.
Through these activities, I learned about the importance of evidence-based practice in the care of patients with nutritional needs. I also learned about the different evidence-based interventions that nurses can implement to meet the nutritional needs of their patients.

Evidence-Based Intervention
